Scheduling & Cancellations We kindly ask that all appointment changes or cancellations be made at least 12 hours prior to your scheduled session time. * Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the appointment will result in the session being forfeited. * Missed appointments or “no-shows” will also result in a lost session credit. * Sessions forfeited due to late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable and cannot be restored. Rescheduling Policy Appointments canceled or rescheduled 12 hours or more in advance may be moved to another available date and time without penalty. Package Expiration * 3-session packages expire after 2 months * 5-session packages expire after 3 months Membership Policy Monthly memberships automatically renew every 30 days unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle.
